Sales Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions shall be done in accordance with applicable Italian law.
- Payment Methods: Credit card through Paypal at conclusion of the online transaction, the company Paypal will charge the amount on the purchase on the Paypal account. In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance of the order from "Distribuzione Grishko" ®, the full or partial refund will be credited to your Paypal account used to make the original payment.
- Shipping cost: for Europe the cost of shipping is € 30,00 the goods will ALWAYS be shipped with DHL Express courier which guarantees delivery in approximately six (6) working days.
- Orders and info: each customer at check out of the order will receive an email with a detailed confirmation of the ordered items and shipping information, will also receive updating e-mail about the status of the order, please carefully check the order summary in order to avoid mistakes in the address and / or any other data.
- Processing time order: the order will be shipped in an average time rom 3 to 7 working days.
